Scams. Booked a t time through the course site, they use golfnow. No way to get a refund, only a “credit” to whatever golfnow is.

Never in my life have I had to write a review. Worst customer service ever and good luck getting a refund, just book through the golf course website this is a waste. Can’t believe they won’t issue a refund that isn’t credits to someone who won’t be able to golf again due to injury. Unbelievable they can’t make a singular exception and just truly disappointed and am in disbelief of such bad customer service.

The app randomly goes white screen during checkout. In my case, it completed the booking silently — no confirmation email, no notification. I didn’t see it until I reopened the app, by which point I had already booked twice. That double booking resulted in a no-show fee I never should have been charged. When I contacted support, they told me to call the course myself. That’s not support — that’s deflection. You’re handling real reservations and real money. If your app can’t confirm a booking reliably, and your support won’t take responsibility for its own bugs, don’t put it in the App Store.
