Recent reviews

I cannot delete the app off my phone, and there is no feedback form to resolve this. Support responded with by giving me the general directions on how to delete the app, and a link to contact support. The directions were identical to what I tried before. I tried again and it will not delete. I tried to contact support to communicate this, but the given link only returns FAQs with no contact option.
