They took a program that was very easy to use to a program that’s not reliable and very hard to get to download pictures. Used this program for years. Guys you screwed this up. Now looking for new software.

I use this app all the time, both at work and at home for getting photos and videos quickly onto the pc in a format I can use right away. The gallery view means I can browse and snip. Alternatively, I can bulk convert and download to jpg or mp4. It has been a bulletproof part of my daily workflow.

Awesome and much needed update!!! The rating says it all and it’s worthy of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could try the photo cleaner portion before paying the $9.99. Needs a 3 day or similar trial before purchasing. 🤔😬 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
