It is a big dissatisfaction and disappointment to be unable to access my account or receive a text code. Code confirmations over the phone are incomplete and the worse part is that so called automated calls are originated from Anchorage, in Alaska? I always used banks. I had a bad experience and was so disgusted with my bank’s manager that I tried Nutmeg because it’s a credit union. My only concern was access to ATMs. They explained that the credit unions in CT have an agreement that members can use the respective ATMs for free. From the start, they were professional, amiable and helpful. They know me by name and have helped me with several problems. I have never had a bad experience in over four years. I will never go back to a bank!
