Ordered from my local jimmy johns at 5:05pm. Showed up at 5:18pm and it wasn’t ready. It’s not a hard order. Our local pizza shop can have an order done in 15 min. Also who I believe is the owner is wearing open opened sandals inside with food. Just disgusting

Redeeming a reward removes the points and there's no changing your mind. The rewards also, of course, don't apply to any "seasonal" items. One of the least customer focused rewards systems I've encountered. Terrible idea, feels like a scam. Really killed my opinion of JJ.

You cant redeem a gift card unless you place an order, and you cant redeem multiple gift cards. I tried to redeem my $50 gift card and a $25, and when i did my $50 gift card disappeared. If it made my $50 gift card unusable I will be so mad. Why cant the app just sum up the balances like every other logical app would??? Also can u stop trying to sell me unrelated garbage every time i place an order?
