Jimmy John’s Sandwiches

I have only recently tried to use the app (several times), but have only been able to place a successful order a few times. I’ll be deleting it from my phone after this review. For reference, this is on the iPhone 17 Pro with the latest iOS (26.5) and the fully updated Jimmy John’s app as of this moment. Apple Pay, for multiple/all credit cards, always gets declined within the app. If wishing to use a direct credit card, you can only do so during actual the order/purchase flow and not from Settings, so you can’t prep in advance if wanting to place an impromptu order while active/out. And for the last time I got the direct credit card entered/saved and placed a successful order finally, it declined the next time (along with Apple Pay on a different day) again where it also appears to have deleted the saved credit card from Settings. Particularly with Apple Pay, this is over many days and times. And paired with the additional direct credit card issues, this is just not worth the hassle.

App has some bugs. Hard to apply coupons and crashes when making sandwich customization.

Your restaurants no longer serves this item. Remove it from your app to avoid customers buying something that doesn’t exist.
