App never works, and constantly crashes. I also did not like the update they did years ago to their logo and the app altogether. Unitus used to be a great credit union, and a better option than major banking institutions, but they fell off somewhere and I’m not sure when they’ll get it together. I wish I could end my business with them now.

Huge thank you to Unitus CCU! Johnson Creek, Clackamas Ore I came in dealing with phone issues and trouble connecting my accounts, and the teller handled everything like an absolute pro. She went above and beyond to help me, stayed patient the whole time, and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful—she was a real lifesaver.
