I complained about the same situation many many months ago and ever since then it seems like it’s never getting fixed and I’m constantly getting very frustrated that I have to wait for the app to crash upon launch and then once I re-launch it it actually works the way it should. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Complained numerous times that the app doesn’t work for me. No resolution whatsoever. All I can do is scan receipts and hope to be able to get a gift card once I reach 5,000 points. I should just delete my account.
