This app solved a problem I had where I wanted to load a complete mini-website for demo purposes. (That is a surprisngly hard problem to solve). Because it can take a ZIP file with a fully contained website (static pages), it did the trick. Once the ZIP is loaded (via itunes) you can then select the zip and presto, you can navigate the portable website without having internet access. really handy for demos. The built-in browser seems pretty solid. It doesn't handle frames too well, and bumps out of frame instantly when navigating around. So it isn't good for sites with frames.
