However, repeated issues include bugs after updates that halt functionality and prevent data from updating, poor or non-existent customer support, and incomplete data coverage with lifts/resorts not registered, with many users calling for manual entry options.

Pros

Easiest way I know of to track my day on the slopes.
Keeps history of previous years.
What a great, and simple way to track your skiing.
Very nice app, use it every time when I go to ski.

Cons

Bugs after the December update break functionality and prevent data from updating (e.g., top 100).
Zero/poor customer support; ticket system is unresponsive.
Incomplete resort data; smaller lifts not registered and manual entry is desired.

Nothing works. Absolutely nothing. Using this app is like being in an escape room. Each prompt leads to nowhere.

I’ve been using Skiline for years and have enjoyed tracking vertical meters. However, there was an update in December and the bugs have not been fixed since then. My top 100 hasn’t updated and I have 10+ missing ski days that refreshing hasn’t fixed. The support system allows you to submit a ticket, but there’s no knowing whether it is received or not as it submits and you never have someone reach back out. It was a nice app, but now useless.

I like the card scanning and abilities to link in the days. I wish we could select what slopes we took to get from each point. Or leave blank too. But just small things that could make it truly amazing. But a super review of a day of skiing
