Getting started is simple. Download the ONE app now and sign up for a free 30-day trial. We have monthly and annual plans available.

ONE Premium costs $0.99 per month (monthly plan) OR $9.99 per year (annual plan).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. You can cancel any time during your 30-day free trial via the iTunes store settings and then you will not be charged. This program does it all. It provides accurate payments for FHA, conventional and VA loans and also provides the closing costs. AND it is quick, with only a few entries needed. That is a BIG plus for a loan officer and even for real estate agents. Only thing that needs to be changed is that when an update comes in, the closing costs that I overrode and set as a default for each quote are set back to the program defaults. That means that with every update, I have to reset the defaults the way that I want them again. Bummer. This happens quite often as they do provide updates quite often. If they change this issue, then this would be a 5 star app.

Save your money. Worthless, your paying to advertise for the title companies at a big expense. I can't believe that they are charging this much for garbage!
