Why do I have to pay just to see messages dont get app

I’m able to get texts but ppl are not getting my texts I’ve been using this app for I think like 2 years now and idk what’s going on

The app constantly crashes and doesn’t allow me to dial international calls. I have a paid (now cancelled) subscription and it is definitely not worth 1 star but that is the lowest the rating goes. Buyer beware.
