Three app is decent for managing my Three mobile account. It is only decent: problems are: they use a black white and red colour scheme that makes it difficult to tell what button you do (or don’t) have selected. They also constantly update it, and demand that you download and install the update, which, when you are attempting to set up or reestablish connectivity can be exceedingly frustrating.

I’ve used Three the past four trips to Europe and haven’t had any issues. Unfortunately, I can’t log into the app as I’ve run out of email addresses. I can’t log in to add the new number therefore cannot use the app on this trip. I’ve read the FAQ’s but saw nothing to help with this situation.

Bought a service. Could not login from app as there is no 07* number associated with it. Sent email for help but no response. The only good thing about 3HK is its eSIM works.
