It supports hourly, salary, and 1099 employees and uses the same MyPayday login. All data is protected by encryption and sessions end on inactivity; Social Security numbers and account numbers are not stored on your device.

Inability to view, download, or print pay stubs and hours from the mobile app
No option to download or print stubs as PDF from mobile; desktop required
Password reset/verification issues (text verification, changing phone number) and credentials problems
Outdated design and performance problems (long load times, crashes, last update several months ago)

Recent reviews

Had to delete and download 3 times and it still doesn’t work correctly. I put in the correct password and it tells me my credentials have changed only to put in the same password and after 3 minutes of spinning, it finally opens. Very frustrating

I’ve been using Sure Payroll. I just go on Safari and do it that way I try to download the app to make my life easier to just find out the only way I can run the payroll is if it’s hourly my employees work and commission. I could enter their earnings when I went to run it unless it’s hourly rate it wipe them out. Deleted the app no back to my old way of doing it. I wish they will work at it and improve the app.
