2017-11-28	EJ*****	I would assume that DirecTV could easily/automatically update a bar status who doesn't have a selected package... wrong. Went to a bar that the app said had the NBA League Pass and that bar said they haven't had it in over 3 years

Created an account and established my favorite sports and bars the first time I used it and the app seemed to promptly forgot it when I tried to access my favorites I established or access my account, so I had to login. Unable to login with UN and PW I created initially. Requested password reset a couple times, but did not receive any emails. Created another account with same UN, but different PW... still unable to login (same issues).
