Habe mit Apple Pay für Swipe bezahlt. Nur die anfänglichen 10€ wurden eingezogen. Die zusätzliche Differenz am Ende des Tages aber nicht. Habe keine Benachrichtigung oder Ähnliches erhalten, dass etwas nicht mit dem Bezahlen geklappt hat. Jetzt habe ich eine Mahnung von einer dritten Partei bekommen inkl Mahngebühren. Das Kundenzentrum kann man nicht per email erreichen. Bin dann noch ein zweites Mal mit Swipe gefahren. Wurde sogar von einem Schaffner mit meinem Swipe Ticket kontrolliert. Jedoch tauch die Fahrt gar nicht mehr in der App oder Swipe Konto auf, obwohl 10€ an Fahrtanfang von über Apple Pay eingezogen wurden. Habe wieder versucht das Kundenzentrum zu erreichen, aber wieder ohne Erfolg. Bekomme ich jetzt noch eine zusätzliche Mahnung???
