I got this app thinking it was the best App for my business I believe that this would give me mail notifications And I was promised the world just to sign Up nobody Ever answers the number provided. Nobody knows anything at the building And customer service can’t contact the Orlando fl offices either Ever they don’t call you back or anything but will continue to charge you I’m gonna start a real registered agent Office space Where people get notifications for mail and it’s scanned in to let them know mail is in with forwarding addresses for 10 bucks services Because this app is a joke.

Since January my credit card has been in a queue, and every month I get charged late fees after being told that NEXT month it will be fixed. This same song & dance has been going on for 6 months and I've been charged hundreds in late fees. Customer service just routes me around and around in a circle and nobody wants to take accountability. I won't be renewing my agreement because I can't get into my office because it won't take my payment and they won't fix it or reimburse me.
