If you have an alerts section to let passengers know when services are delayed or cancelled, why do I have to go to your website to actually see what the service changes are? Asking for a few million of my friends.

The app reliability is better but still after a few clicks I need to restart it. And it takes a lot of clicks to get to what I want to see. It does not save any of the options I select. For example, I select bus route X and direction north or south on the “route” option for live tracking and then if I want to check schedule I have to select the direction again and if I come back to live tracking I need to again select the direction because it resets but by this time the app becomes slow or freezes I need to restart it again. It’s so frustrating. A good developer or designer of the app should understand that number of clicks is so high and makes the app bad. I just wish the old app comes back. Was simple and fast and reliable. This just frustrates me every morning. Some buses are not even live tracked.
