Hi ChorePad Support Team, I am writing to you because I made a mistake and deeply regret requesting a refund through Apple. I wanted to explain what happened in hopes that you can help me keep my account active. I got this app last month. Recently, when I saw a notice saying I had to pay for a subscription, I automatically assumed that the app had changed completely and that I was going to be forced to pay monthly subscriptions. In a moment of panic because this had happened before I immediately submitted a refund request to Apple. However, right after that, I updated the app and read the notice carefully. I now see that I was actually being offered free Lifetime access because of my legacy status. I love your app and absolutely do not want to lose my free Lifetime access. Since Apple does not allow users to cancel a refund request once it is submitted, I am worried their system will automatically revoke my account status once the refund processes. If Apple approves the request and my access is turned off, is there any way you can help me restore my free legacy Lifetime status on your end? So basically everything is so good. I love how you can like earn stars for stuff like rewards, but the only thing is weird about that is like when you get in the stars when you go to your rewards and you try to tap it like it glitches you out of the app so I feel like that needs some fixing but other than all it’s a pretty good app
