User Reviews

The app is praised for its cute design and solid basic periodic-table information, making it a handy, simple study reference. However, users want more depth and engagement: added interactivity, molecule-building visuals, bonding animations, and more modes. Key drawbacks are the minimal interactivity, lack of bonding/molecule visualization, and simplified electron depictions that could cause misconceptions. Overall, users seek a richer, more entertaining learning tool while preserving approachable, reference-like content.
Pros
  • Cute, engaging element characters and overall design
  • Provides basic periodic table information (atomic number, weight, group)
  • Helpful as a study/reference tool and easy to use
  • Simple, clean interface with lightweight interactivity that aids learning
Cons
  • Very limited interactivity; features feel minimal and users want more options
  • Valence/electron visualization is missing or inaccurate, risking misconceptions
  • No visualization of bonding or molecules; cannot combine elements to see reactions
  • Cannot place multiple atoms or create compounds on screen; currently limited to single elements
  • Requests for more modes/features (Free Play, Creative/Quiz) indicate desire for a richer, more engaging experience

I like it but could you like add a “Free Play Mode” where you can mix elements and see what you got for example if you mix Hydrogen and two oxygen it gives you a water molecule. Also add a “Creative Mode” is where you can make a world with the elements. Lastly add a “Quiz Mode” where you have to create what it says on the screen.

It would be nice if the elements had their valence electrons spinning around them

Please update to include animations of bonding processes, ie.: user inputs H2O and we get to see how the two H and bond with the O.
