User reviews are dominated by reliability problems: the app often stops or won’t open, users experience frequent disconnections and buffering, and some devices/IOS versions are particularly affected. Ads on channel switches worsen the experience, and audio quality can be poor (echo). A subset still uses the service for entertainment and would welcome more Chinese radio stations, but widespread fixes and better support are clearly requested.
