My Records is an employee HR portal extension that enables secure access to essential HR data on iOS devices. It requires a subscription to HH2 web services and compatibility with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Timberline Office) or Sage 100 Contractor (formerly MasterBuilder), and the customer site must be version 4.01.006 or higher.

Employees can view personal information, documents, current and expired benefits, pay stubs, and emergency contacts. Access is protected by a username and password to ensure each user only sees their own information.
