Recent reviews

Viber locked me out of my account even though I was using it normally until yesterday. No verification SMS, no verification call, and support tells me to wait 12 hours. I depend on Viber for my work and daily life. An urgent account-access issue should not be handled with endless waiting.

Constantly crashes. When calling people they don’t see my phone number but weird random phone numbers from different countries. Poor call quality. Cannot make any phone calls to the USA while traveling in Europe. Very disappointing. The premium service chat is also disappointing, I was asked to still wait 48 hrs for problem resolution with premium service which is the same timeline. Their instant chat service told me they cannot fix my problem
