The circular hell of customer support that isn’t really customer support is beyond aggravating. I updated this app, and now every single time I touch the screen, I’m prompted to pay for PRO, even though I paid for this app years ago. I should not have to repeatedly dismiss upgrade prompts for a product I already purchased, nor should an update effectively take away functionality I previously paid for. This is intrusive, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Please fix this issue and restore my paid access without the constant PRO prompts.
