The app is informative and helpful for planning and visiting Europa‑Park, with a reasonably capable map. However, users repeatedly report poor navigation and map usability, confusing UX and form prompts, occasional state resets, and limited offline/location features due to lack of park Wi‑Fi/GPS. Improvements in map accuracy, onboarding, offline/location support, and session stability would address the most common pain points.

I downloaded this the day before we went purely for the wait times feature. It didn’t work the entire time we were in the park. It continuously said “waiting time details are not currently available.”

Great app, but the state resets when you click into a location and then go back to the map and you’re trying to look at the listings. It’s not consistent so there must be something else involved.
