Key frustrations include German-only UI, SMS-based signup, app crashes, Paybox-only payments with upfront fees, and an outdated feel. If it adds English (and other languages), simplifies signup, improves stability, and supports Apple Pay/cards, it could become a stronger tool for Vienna and other cities.

Recent reviews

This is 2026, one should be able to do everything with one click - Apple Pay, credit login etc. Oh, and one must prepay for 10 hours minimum. This app looks like it was designed a decade ago. Just switch to EasyPark already.

Have the devs ever heard of a back button? If you run into an issue while using the app, you have to quit the app and restart. The system of texting a code to a number to create an account doesn’t work from a US based number. It feels super antiquated. You should be able to create an account with your email - why is that so hard?
