Theremin app which supports wide range as 9 octaves. You could play a melody by practicing to control wheel & iPhone tilt.

Dynamics control:

• Tilt your iPhone to forward 45deg: ff

Pitch control:

• Rotate your iPhone to clockwise or counterclockwise 1oct per half rotation(counterclockwise 90deg, clockwise 90deg). Range: 1oct
• Rotate big wheel in the screen 1oct per half rotation. Range: 8oct
