Recent reviews

If I could give zero stars I would. I requested my account to be closed due to not being able to access it and customer service unable to assist me unless I gave them in depth personal information. After a frustrating thread of communication with support advisors (which are obviously AI chat bots), I was told they were processing the request. It is now past the timeframe I was given in terms of follow up and have heard nothing. I attempted to respond to the “support advisor” and received a bounce back email saying it was not monitored. So now I’m left with no support and an account that I will continue to be charged for. I would not recommend this app to anyone trying to sell their products. It is too challenging to get help when you need it and as far as I can tell, there aren’t any real customer service representatives.
