Shopify: Sell online/in person

I am not happy with the usability of this app. I want to use the app in order to utilize the reader since the website doesn’t offer a swipe/tap feature. I will say that I have the free version and maybe that’s the issue but it’s too many steps to complete a sale. I think the design should look, and be setup more like the shopping cart of my website. I have tried adding a custom first, and then the product or the other way around but it often doesn’t remember some the customers information even after I’ve hit save. When I try to re-enter their info, it remembers their email address, and says something like “this email is already taken.” Let’s say I get all of their information and now ready to pay, how do I select the reader for payment? I shouldn’t have to pay an up charge to use the reader when I’m already paying a monthly fee to use Shopify, and they also get a cut of my sales. Not happy at all with this app.
