Reviewers largely agree Willow offers the core service of live cricket streaming, especially for US viewers. Recent reviews

There are no tweaks and software updates from Willow that make the user experience better. From poorly categorized videos to frustratingly ill-times commercial breaks, to random system changes, you’ve got it all! After an update, your previous personal settings simply vanish and when you contact customer service (which in itself is a laborious process for today’s user), you’re given cookie-cutter responses with no fix in the first place. The lack of streaming competition and lack of clarity in cable packages are the side effect of media companies who want your money at the cost of delightful user experience.

Very repetitive and very frequent ads make this almost unwatchable.

They took an app that was never good but at least functional, and somehow made it worse. You used to be able to watch replays without seeing scores, and they updated the Ui and now the scores are impossible to miss but the replay video are more difficult to find. And then the replays don’t work, or you get 5 overs in and the video just returns to the start, or there’s a catch hit in the air and they cut to an ad! I cancelled. I’d rather not watch cricket, my favorite sport, that sit through this app nightmare. How to kill the growth of cricket in the US in one easy step.
