Transfer flow is confusing and non-standard (designating 'to' then 'from'; toggling between personal and business accounts can cause errors).
UI/display issues after updates: screens cut off, balances truncated, and layouts not fitting across devices (e.g., iPhone 13).
Sign-in/access problems and security warnings (login failures, repeated 'internet connection is not private' messages, airplane mode errors).
Poor in-app support experience (overly automated/chat-based help, no easy way to reach a real person by phone).
Frequent updates and maintenance that disrupt usage and removal/addition of features (e.g., required updates, long maintenance windows, pay calendar removal).

Recent reviews

After years of use, I've only recently figured out (after much frustration) that to process checks, the app can't see black ink. MUST USE BLUE PENS. Would be very nice to include this in the prompts leading to taking pictures of the checks
