I literally don’t care what anyone says.. I’ve tried every bank even fintech banks but nothing comes close to Navy Federal! The best bank and app all in one! I will be with NFCU for life ❤️

Frequently neglects to display scheduled credit card payments, almost causing me to make the payment twice. Takes too long to be connected to a live agent in the chat, and for the past 2 days a red banner says tech issues try again later when I’m trying to make my credit card payment. Frustrating!!

Always been a pretty easy app to use, but they recently updated how they show and handle credit card points and they really made it magnitudes better. Still not perfect, but way better than before. A few notes: NFCU, now all I want is to not have to press a button to sign it when I open the app. Pleeeaaaseee. Just start the FaceID scanning automatically for a seamless sign in, all my other bank apps do it. Additionally, why do credit card charges disappear the day before they post sometimes? This makes it hard to balance my books :/
