Let me start Megan and Stacy amazing to work with them! They love their job is clear. Besides that it’s a nightmare the notes are terrible format, the AI scribe doesn’t have telemedicine options and too many mistakes you literally have to write your note why pay. Customer service a pain with AI bots. I am waiting for my contract to switch

Opened APP, asks for username and password, put my Goggle account information hoping that was what it wanted, but didn’t work! I’m stuck! No where to register to create a login and password and no help screen to direct me😩 Will call small phone number at bottom of AP and hope for the best 😆
