I strongly recommend staying away from this EMR. We have experienced constant problems and glitches. Customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of. They usually rely on email and they take days for resolution. If you try to schedule an appointment with customer support, they ghost you and don’t follow through then it takes another week to even get anybody’s schedule. The only positive is that this system is easy to use on an iPad. But it feels very similar to old school EMR charting like Meditech. Save yourself the frustration and go to another EMR.

Let me start Megan and Stacy amazing to work with them! They love their job is clear. Besides that it’s a nightmare the notes are terrible format, the AI scribe doesn’t have telemedicine options and too many mistakes you literally have to write your note why pay. Customer service a pain with AI bots. I am waiting for my contract to switch
