I’ve used Uber for years and for the most part, I’ve had a positive experience. However, I was erroneously charged with a $100 cleaning fee. The fee provided no explanation or context and their support ignored my requests when I reached out to them multiple times. I lost trust in them after that experience.

So much trouble. Uninstalled the app trying to reinstall the app. It won't let me reinstall it. I would take over an hour to reinstall. I may lose my ride to the airport tomorrow because of this. Bad.
