No easy way to cancel or transfer appointments between locations; phone support is unresponsive.

I love the staff but I pay for web cam access. For 4 years it worked. We boarded 9 days in the last month _ web cams haven’t functioned. I feel like I am paying for a service and not getting it. Please fix it!

The app is very nicely laid out, easy to navigate and use, and the convenience of it is much appreciated. Able to handle all my needs without going to the website, requesting appointments, viewing account, purchasing packages, etc. Really appreciate being able to check in on the cameras - there is a minor issue with loading sometimes but at most it stalls for like a minute before loading and that may vary by camera by location.

The update on 4.23.26 is bad. I was previously able to see the live camera feed and now the app says the feed is invalid for all cameras at both the Elmhurst, IL and Oak Park, IL locations. That tells me it’s not one camera or one location, but the app that is having an issue. I just dropped my dog off for boarding for 4 days. Please fix the bug so I can watch him. Thank you!
