However, users repeatedly report major reliability problems: inaccurate bus data, login issues (especially for dining dollars), UI glitches and freezes, and outdated sports scores. These consistency and data-refresh gaps overshadow the positives and suggest targeted fixes are needed for transport data, authentication flow, and overall app performance.

Pros

Class schedule and campus event information is readily accessible in the app.
Library services integration (renewing books and catalogs) plus a helpful staff directory.
Maps and campus navigation features (detailed maps and tour capability).
Overall usefulness for WKU students/visitors to stay updated on campus life; the app is free to use.

Cons

Bus schedule/tracking is frequently inaccurate or unreliable, leading to lateness and confusion.
Frequent login issues and recurring prompts to authenticate for dining dollars; some features don’t process or load correctly.

Okay, so if you just wanna kinda use this as a way to check some things, like ur class schedule, or events. It’s great for that but if u actually wanna use this app for checking for the bus schedule then this app is def a no go I think they should honestly consider making a new app or making some major changes to this one.

Please explain to me what is up with the bus schedule!? I live off campus and my only way to get to campus is the buses. The app has a bus schedule that shows how far away the buses come around, but it is SO INACCURATE, that I’m late for classes because of it. The app will either glitch and say the buses aren’t running, which is a crap shoot, because the buses don’t even follow the schedule on WKU’s website, or the times will be almost 30 minutes off. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!! Not only is it a huge inconvenience, but now it is affecting my academics. Everything else on the app works perfectly, hence the two stars.
