Emerald Observatory for iPad brings a comprehensive astronomical dashboard to one screen. Track local and UTC time, solar and sidereal time, sunrise and sunset, twilight, planetary rise and set times, moon phases, and a heliocentric orrery. View altitude and azimuth data, day and night regions across a world map, the Equation of Time, and the Moon’s orientation and apparent size.

Use your iPad’s location or enter coordinates manually, synchronize displayed times with NTP, simulate eclipses, and set daily alarms with local notifications. The display can remain on continuously, while interactive controls let you move forward through months, days, years, hours, and minutes.
