Most reviews say Gov PerDiem is largely nonfunctional: search won’t work and only the current location displays; manual location input is blocked. Data is badly outdated (2012–2013) and lacks overseas rates. A few users note it’s handy for quick US rate lookups and easier than the GSA site, but reliability and data freshness are major drawbacks. Overall, the app is not recommended for up-to-date per diem information.

Recent reviews

By definition, this needs to work. It doesn’t. One star because I can’t give zero. Literally, it doesn’t do anything. Edited to add, as of 10/11/25, it STILL doesn’t work. Everything defaults to Standard PeR Didm. Just Google the GSA site instead.
