User reviews show a strong front-end experience and feature set, with praise for UI, ease of setup, and G.729/recording, plus overall suitability for VoIP use and cost advantage over Bria. However, recurrent reliability problems dominate negative feedback: frequent crashes after updates and on various iOS versions; background/push wake-up issues; inconsistent call quality and audio (no one can hear me) and calls failing; Bluetooth connection instability; noticeable UI polish issues and iPad limitations (no landscape, poor responsiveness). The app can be excellent when it runs, but stability and cross-device compatibility are the primary blockers.
