I’ve had it with trying & retrying to get into my passwords. Somehow, my fingerprint isn’t working as the option to use it has disappeared. One minute I was in, closed the app & a short while later it’s gone. I’ve tried using my password…you’re telling me it wrong. It’s the only one I’ve ever had. Try to get to your customer service…that’s useless, it’s not in English & no one to speak with. I tried creating a new account…I can’t use my same email address I’ve had since the mid 1990s. I have no other email address & don’t want one! Unless you can help me with a live person on the other end of the phone who speaks English, you have just lost a long-time customer. And by the way, my SecureSafe hasn’t worked on my iPhone for over a year but I’m paying you & can’t use anything right now!

I’ve been using Secure Safe for at least 5 years and I used to love it. Now I cannot log in, it sends me on a circle of steps and doesn’t accept my log in. I put in my security code (20+ characters) and it didn’t accept that either. I don’t know what is going on but I am now looking for another place to store my passwords. I might just write them down in a book because I know they won’t disappear!!
