With flexible search that understands your terminology, deep code analysis for laterality, encounter, and staging, and customizable notes embedded in results, coding becomes faster and easier than flipping through books.

Key features include cross-referenced acronyms and synonyms, integrated ICD-10 indexes, on-page links, favorites, per-code notes, and ICD9-to-ICD10 conversion by name or code. It uses the current 2026 ICD10-CM codes (effective Oct 1, 2025) from CMS and provides access to ICD9-CM codes as well. The app is ad-supported with an option to disable ads via in-app purchase and does not rely on bait-and-switch features.

I never write reviews but since I have been using this app for years, I thought it might be time for me to actually give some love back. I’m a nurse practitioner for about 10 years and have been using from the start. It has saved me so much time, you can search any diagnosis or code and it gives you a breakdown of what the code is used for and when it’s not. Highly recommend!!!
