Key features include cross-referenced acronyms and synonyms, integrated ICD-10 indexes, on-page links, favorites, per-code notes, and ICD9-to-ICD10 conversion by name or code. It uses the current 2026 ICD10-CM codes (effective Oct 1, 2025) from CMS and provides access to ICD9-CM codes as well. The app is ad-supported with an option to disable ads via in-app purchase and does not rely on bait-and-switch features.

The app is easy to use and fairly reliable. The only suggestion I would have is to allow you to add multiple codes for a record and it will give you guidance on the correct order, it additional codes to that may need added.

I’ve been using this app for years and have always been happy with it…. Until now!!! I’ve written for app support and not one word in response! I’m very unhappy!!
