Been trying to get in touch with a real agent after an extremely violent actions by my driver. Literally zero response from support for 96 hours. My driver threaten to drop me off on the side of the highway if I didn’t cancel on the app. Avoid this app at all costs. There will be nobody to help you once you charge your card. Absolute scam. Short Lyft stock if u have to bc this was the worst acq ever

Absolutely horrific experience. We prepaid for a ride, and the driver later tried demanding extra money, became aggressive, threatened police, and then proceeded to run over my foot while I am 23 weeks pregnant. It has now been 36 hours since I reported this serious incident to Freenow and I have received zero response, zero concern, and zero accountability. If a pregnant woman being physically injured by one of your drivers does not warrant an urgent response, what exactly does?
