I’ve been using ChargePoint for almost a decade and have their home charger. Luckily only tried to charge on a road trip for convenience but chargers didn’t work activating in app and tap to pay with ChargePoint just gave error too.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, can you just add a credit card interface to your chargers like literally every gas pump on the planet? Every single time I use this service I’m standing around in the hot sun or rain resetting my password or struggling with your broken equipment. Needless frustration is guaranteed with every session. I truly hope someone with some common sense and empathy will put you clowns out of business permanently!

I have had this for a couple of years now. Was working fine. Now lately without any modification but since last update when I plug in the car it will not start charging, I have to reset the charger to get it to start charging. Or go to the app and push start charging. Nothing has been modified by me in at least a year. Very frustrating. Please fix
