Recent reviews

Since Travelers updated its systems at the beginning of June, the billing process has been plagued with errors. Customer service representatives have repeatedly provided incorrect information and have been unable to resolve ongoing discrepancies. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider switching to another company.

Although my car died on a Major Expressway in Mountain View/ Silicon Valley, then my battery, then my phone (but that’s another story!) Police even came out, but Roadside Assistance kept sending me (AI generated???) texts saying a Tow truck was on the way; I have documented several of them clearly misleading me that HELP was on the way. They LIED! I ended up using the police recommended towing company and they arrived in under 45 minutes. The Travelers App and Roadside Assistance totally FAILED ME and I will not forgive this dereliction of duty and terrible customer service! It endangered my health… suffering from acute sciatica, I was unable to walk for food, restrooms or food; Central Expressway will never feel the same again…
