Recent reviews

This unreliable, unusable app (and mobile web) is a major reason why we are going to evaluate other insurance companies when our policies are up. Couldn’t download any ID cards in app or online when at the dealership buying a new vehicle five days ago, and issue is still not fixed. Couldn’t add the new vehicle to my policy without hitting an error message, support had to do it for me and they had the same problem too. It is unacceptable that a major insurance company’s app functions this poorly in the year 2026 and does not give me confidence that traveler’s would make it easy to file a claim if we ever needed to. We likely will not renew and will evaluate other insurance companies that have modern, usable online infrastructure.
