This app used to be quite helpful, but ever since your update a few weeks ago, I am constantly logged out of my account and have to log back in every time I open the app. It’s improved with more features for sure, but these are useless if I can’t keep unplaced in the app and reopen to refer back to the exhibits I have bookmarked right away.

I used this app to find out what was going on in all the three little galleries in Ginza, and had a good time hopping from one to another over the course of a day. I can’t wait to do it again.

Update - a week later I’ve contacted the developer via their official support request in the app, and have contacted them via twitter, And this review, and have had zero response from all contacts. The bug is still there. I am subscribed in iOS settings yet the app just reports the error and I get zero for subscribing. Previous review: I signed up for the full app. I’m under the trial in my iOS subscriptions list, but when I originally purchased and if I try to restore, I get “IAP Error. The operation couldn’t be completed (error 0)” Do you want subscribers or not?
