Terrible. Bundle to print vouchers. No customer service to fix problem. Will not purchase again. Cannot recommend this website

The app used to be good but now it has so many problems. I had ordered movie tickets and it took me to delete the app three times for it to get paid another time. I try to buy a Microsoft 2024 program and it paid it twice without me, knowing. Also, the Support service does not show the chat icon at all. It’s a very complicated app. It’s not easy to use. I would recommend Groupon have customer service by talking, not chatting because you can’t even find the chat part in the app. Also, it needs to fix the debt payment. Please Groupon update the glitches on the app.
