All items are much more expensive than other retails. Don’t see the point of using it.

The app generally works well, but sometimes can be glitchy. I’m knocking off some stars because in the past couple years helpful features have been dropped from updates. There used to be an “add to calendar” option after you placed an order, which is no longer available. With the latest update, you no longer get a more narrow delivery time when your delivery window approaches. For example, if I selected a 10am-12pm window, on the day of the delivery I used to be able to check the app around 9:30am and see that there were 5 stops before mine and my delivery was now expected between 10:20-11:20am. As it got close to 10:20am, the app may update with an adjusted time, say 10:40-11:40am. While this more narrow estimate wasn’t always super accurate (as to be expected since it was an “estimate”), it was really helpful. Similarly, they used to send text updates with “your order is scheduled to be delivered next” which they no longer do.
