Purchased app, no where to login and access content. Tried to go to help tab and app kept closing. THEN went and reached out to app developer and wanted to submit my message about the issues and get a messed up error message Trouble shooter with apple care all I could and no resolution yet. Customers beware as I don’t believe this app is functional.

Like the others, I purchased a lifetime pro subscription several years ago. I cannot restore my purchase, it just says no active subscription found. I tried to message them from the app twice but it shuts down both times. Will update my star rating when i get this resolved.

I complained about not being able to restore by lifetime purchase before, but I finally managed to after reading the developers reply to certain complaints . Just delete the app and download it again. Go to app settings and click on restore. It worked like a charm ! So glad I got it back! I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years and I had seen results. But since it was locked for a while and didn’t know how to restore it, i couldn’t use it. Im definitely doing the exercises again ! Thank you 🙏
