User Reviews
Pros
- Ability to control multiple locomotives at once (up to 4 on iPad, 2 on iPhone), making layouts easier to operate.
- Easy-to-use, intuitive interface that’s quick to learn.
- Strong hardware compatibility and responsive performance with JMRI, Sprog, Digitrax LNWI, NCE, and MRC.
- Roster feature for naming locomotives and customizing function labels for quick access.
- Good value for money as a low-cost wireless throttle option with solid capabilities.
Cons
- Connection and control stability issues when the app runs in the background or the device sleeps, causing trains to drop the connection and require re‑connecting.
- Occasional hardware-control bugs (e.g., turnout control problems and DCC-EX horn-stuck issues) that can interrupt operation.

This app works great on the iPad. You can control four throttles at one time. On the iPhone I can only control two at a time. It’s a great app.

The interface is reminiscent of my first Fischer Price toy dash board filled with buttons and knobs that all did nothing. Basic but important features such as a power button failed to work. Purchased the full version of the app for the power on/off feature alone only to feel fleeced out of my hard earned $10. Unfortunately this app is underdeveloped with promised but basic features not working at all. Adding insult to injury I was refused any refund after several requests. "Fooled me once" is the worst business model, good luck.

The defacto throttle for iOS. Works great with things like JMRI and Sprog, but it needs updated to support DCC-EX.
There’s also a bug when using DCC-EX where sometimes the horn gets stuck on.
The UI, while functional and easy to read, could use sprucing up.
