Are you enjoying this app? I’d like it a lot more if I didn’t get harassed by pop ups that force me into a review. Gross. Stop expecting your customers to give you free labor and data. Not very B corp behavior.

Why do you “harass” customers about rating the app while they are adding items to their bag? If I am adding items to purchase, I must be “enjoying/comfortable” with the app. However, if I’m constantly interrupted by “surveys/ratings” I might choose to go elsewhere to remain efficient and save time while I’m shopping. You have effectively just wasted at least five minutes of my time. That does not give me a favorable opinion of your app.
