User Reviews

Long-time users find value in macro/calorie tracking and accountability, but a recent redesign is widely criticized for reduced usability. Common complaints include difficulty viewing all daily nutrients at a glance, added navigation steps, loss of convenient editing features, and goals that don’t update as expected. Several reviewers also report poor customer support or premium-related frustration. A smaller subset still defends the app for its data and tracking capabilities, but overall sentiment leans negative toward the latest update.
Pros
  • Macro/calorie tracking and accountability help users stay on track.
  • Long-time users rely on the app for data continuity and historical tracking.
  • The free/basic version remains functional for many users.
Cons
  • Major UI redesign is widely criticized for reducing usability, requiring more taps and making navigation feel counterintuitive; many want the old layout back.
  • Nutrients and macros are not easily visible at a glance on the Today tab; users must tap into each meal to see details.
  • Loss of convenient editing features (copying/deleting multiple items or days) slows meal planning and daily logging.
  • Calorie goals/macros often do not update correctly after changes, or change automatically, causing frustration.
  • Customer support is perceived as slow or unhelpful, especially for premium users and billing issues.

I’m not the type to usually leave reviews, but this really is getting on my nerves. I don’t know when exactly you guys change your user interface. I had some issues and hadn’t been using the app for a little while, but I’m trying to get back on track right now and I’ve started using it more frequently. I cannot figure out why you guys took away the ability to copy the food you log from a previous day and copy it into another day. It makes all this a lot more tedious, especially for a guy like me who eats the same stuff six out of seven days of the week. Can we please get the old user interface back or at least put the ability to copy a previous day into another one, back into the user interface? Also, I don’t know what’s going on with your servers right now, but I can’t even log on in my connection with my phone is perfectly fine.

My printable diary only shows 25 days even if I put an entire year. I ask them for help they said they didn’t know how to fix it. I asked them to send me my records for Drs, they said they couldn’t do it cuz printable diary’s broken. Awful app and service!!! Update: they responded by asking for my support ticket number and I gave it and now they are ignoring me!!!!🙄 THEY STILL WON'T FIX IT!!!!!!!
