I got a new debit card issued and suddenly my whole banking experience got turned upside down. The linked Scotia iTRADE accounts disappeared, I couldn’t login through apps. After ten days of wait the phone agents kept on asking me to delete and reinstall apps or try logging in through different browsers, which did nothing. And now I have a ticket, which requires me to wait for three days before I can get a response!
