App randomly force closed upon use

This is a very expensive app for no more than . It does. I’m very dissatisfied and I called them bc I was having trouble with the app they tell me to uninstall it and reinstall it. When I did, it charged me all over again and when I asked for my money back, they wouldn’t return it. The app does not work at all
